Meridian Entry is a Netherlands-registered business operated by Jeffrey Buskens and Daniel Dieks, providing EU market entry services including brand identity creation, website development, marketplace listing creation, compliance documentation, and content strategy.

Meridian Entry provides the following services as specified in the agreed package:

Meridian Entry does not guarantee any specific sales volumes, revenue outcomes, website traffic, social media engagement, or business results of any kind. Sales performance depends on factors entirely outside our control including but not limited to: product quality, market demand, competition, pricing decisions, client-side marketing and operations, consumer trends, and economic conditions.
Our services create the infrastructure for European market entry. What happens after delivery — sales, growth, profitability — is determined by the client's product and business execution.
Meridian Entry writes and submits marketplace listings in compliance with Amazon and Bol.com guidelines as understood at the time of submission. However:
We provide guidance and documentation support for CE marking and EU product compliance. This is informational guidance only and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. Obtaining actual certifications, passing safety tests, and meeting EU product regulations is the full responsibility of the client.
Selling non-compliant products in the EU is a legal violation. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the client's failure to obtain required certifications.
Every package includes one round of revisions. The client reviews all deliverables and provides consolidated feedback before final delivery. Changes requested after final handover are billed separately at a rate agreed in advance.
Upon receipt of full payment, all delivered materials (brand assets, website, written content) become the property of the client. Meridian Entry retains no ongoing rights to the delivered work.
The client warrants that any materials provided to Meridian Entry (product information, images, existing assets) do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Both parties agree to keep all shared business information strictly confidential. Meridian Entry will not share client information with third parties except where necessary for service delivery (e.g., hosting providers, compliance partners) and only after informing the client. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Meridian Entry's total liability under or in connection with any engagement is limited to the total fees paid for that specific engagement.
Meridian Entry is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to: lost profits, lost revenue, lost sales, business interruption, reputational damage, or third-party claims.
Meridian Entry does not run paid advertising campaigns, manage social media accounts, or provide ongoing account management after project delivery unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. The content calendar delivered as part of our packages is for the client to use at their own discretion.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice (WhatsApp or email). Work completed up to the termination date is billable at a pro-rata rate. Fees already paid for uncompleted work will be refunded proportionally at Meridian Entry's discretion, taking into account work already performed.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
