• Intake form: Name, company name, country, role, WhatsApp number, email address, product information, and business goals
• Contact via WhatsApp or email: Your name, contact details, and the content of your messages
• Website analytics: Anonymous usage data (pages visited, time on site, browser type) via cookies — no personal identifiers

3. Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): We need your contact and business information to deliver the services you request
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): To follow up on inquiries and improve our services
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): For cookies and analytics — you can withdraw consent at any time

4. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your inquiry and assess your project
• To deliver agreed services and communicate throughout the project
• To send project updates and invoices
• To improve our website and services (anonymous analytics only)

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

5. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Hosting (Vercel), form processing (Formspree), communication tools (WhatsApp/Meta) — only as needed to deliver services
• Compliance partners: Where needed to process CE documentation or VAT registration on your behalf — only with your explicit knowledge
• Legal authorities: If required by law

All third-party services used are GDPR-compliant or operate under appropriate data processing agreements.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Client data: retained for 7 years after the end of the engagement (Dutch legal requirement for financial records)
• Inquiry data (non-clients): deleted after 12 months if no engagement follows
• Anonymous analytics: retained for 26 months

Our website uses the following cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the website to function. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: Anonymous usage statistics to improve the website. You can decline these via the cookie banner.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Communication is handled via encrypted channels (WhatsApp, email with TLS).

Some of our service providers (including Vercel and Meta/WhatsApp) may process data outside the EU. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
